This gorgeous Los Cabos hiking tour will take you deep into the beautiful oasis in the middle of the Baja desert. Here you will experience beautiful, magnificent rock formations and natural water pools.

Baja California Hiking Tours is just a short hour drive from Los Cabos, Mexico.  We'll visit the small agricultural town of Santiago, then head out to the canyon where freshwater flows over huge granite boulders making gorgeous pools of amazingly fresh baths.

A Pure Cabo guide will lead you along the Baja canyon path and provide descriptions of the flora found here locally. These are great photo opportunities.  The end of the hiking tour and the waterfall that cascades into a large pool where we stop for a swim.

The hike is considered a moderate activity because of the elevation of the boulders you will climb and the small elevation changes. It is recommended to wear or bring a swimsuit and hiking or tennis shoes. Pure Cabo will provide transportation to and from your accommodations, an experienced guide for the complete hiking tour, park entrance fee, refreshments, and snacks.

Fox Canyon Cabo Hiking

This is probably the best well-kept secret in Los Cabos. Just an hour from the coast there is a true oasis in the middle of the desert. Let us take you there on a scenic and informative walk. You will learn the names of the plants and insects living in this rare climate while hiking on rocks of different shapes, sizes, and colors. The reward of this challenging uphill trail is finding a river along the way as well as freshwater pools, water slides and a larger pool nested at the base of a waterfall. You will be glad to be wearing your bathing suit to jump in for a good swim, and easily dry off while walking back to the van. We will then have lunch at a local restaurant serving authentic Mexican food. Afterward, you will be ready to relax and enjoy the view of the desert on the return trip to your hotel.
